2.Project Statement: Mandatory
Project Statement will be the first component of your Design Entry to be reviewed by the Jury.
It needs to be Brief and To the Point which will easily convey your Idea to the Jury.
If Shortlisted for Stage II, it will provide a Structure to your Content for Oral Finale Presentation.

3.Presentation Boards: Mandatory
Presentation Boards will be the important component to Judge your design Entry.
It is expected to have a lot of graphical information relevant to one’s design idea, which is easier to understand.
Following are the examples of content expected in the Presentation Boards:
Site Analysis, Conceptual Sketches and Drawings, Design Drawings in terms of Plans, Sections, Elevations, Technical Details, Joinery Details, Feasibility Study with respect to the Site, Costing for the Proposed Designs; Relevance of the Designs with the Immediate Context, Perspectives, 3D Visuals, etc. and much more; which could best explain your design ideas.
We strongly recommended to put physical model photos or prototype photos into your design presentations which will help understand your designs better and also these models/ prototypes will be useful for Stage II, as they are a part of the Submission Requirements for those getting Shortlisted for Stage II.

4.Identification and Declaration Forms: Mandatory
These forms help us having Fair entries and will help us crosscheck if the entry fits in the eligibility Criteria thus reducing the chances of getting Fake Entries , making it a non-bias platform to compete among the best design ideas.
It is Different for:
- Participants of Eligibility Criteria Category: Type A-
- Undergraduate Professionals and
- Students Pursuing any Undergraduate or Post Graduate Design Discourse.
- Participants of Eligibility Criteria Category: Type B-
- a. One form for all falling under this eligibility criteria category.
The Teams are expected to choose the appropriate format, edit it digitally, and get it endorsed with stamp/ seal from the concerned authorities.
These Forms have to be filled by each participant from the Team. E.g. If a Team consists of 3 people, all 3 members have to fill this form separately and get it endorsed with stamp/ seal from the concerned authorities.

5.Design Walkthrough Videos or Product / Furniture / Installation Videos: Optional
Teams are free to submit their Videos of their Design Proposals.
Videos give a quick and fast understanding about the whole idea and thought process.
Though it is not mandatory, but we recommend the teams to work on the Videos.
The Videos first need to be uploaded by the participating Teams on any online platforms like YouTube, and have to submit/ Paste a link of the uploaded Video on the submission portal.
Make sure that the online platform you choose to upload your video will grant permission to the Organisers to download the Video.

Stage II
*Applicable Only for the Shortlisted Entries
1.Physical Models and Prototypes: Mandatory
a.Architecture:
- 1 Physical Model of the entire Site with the proposed Design Inserts to a scale of 1:200 in mm.
(This fits on an A1 Size Base)
- 1 Cluster Model highlighting Important Cluster at a minimum scale of 1:50 in mm or bigger.
(This fits on an A1 Size Base)
- Joinery Detail Models (more than 1) at 1:1 with actual Bamboo.
b.Product Design:
- Actual Detailed Model at 1:1 with actual Bamboo of any 1 of the 4 Designed Products.
- This model will can actually be tested Live by the Jurors during Finale.
- A small scale model of the cluster of all 4 Designed Products with their immediate context at a minimum scale of 1:20 in mm or bigger.
c.Furniture Design:
- Actual Detailed Model at 1:1 with actual Bamboo of any 1 of the 4 Designed Furnitures.
- This model will can actually be tested Live by the Jurors during Finale.
- A small scale model of the cluster of all 4 Designed Products with their immediate context at a minimum scale of 1:20 in mm or bigger.
d.Installation Design:
- Actual Detailed Model at 1:1 with actual Bamboo of any 1 of the 4 Designed Installations.
- This model will can actually be tested Live by the Jurors during Finale.
- A small scale model of the cluster of all 4 Designed Products with their immediate context at a minimum scale of 1:20 in mm or bigger.

2.Power Point Presentations: Mandatory
For All Categories, a Presentation Time of *15 minutes for Teams + *5 minutes for the Jury Comments will be allotted to each of the Shortlisted Entries for the Finale Presentation.
*Please note that the timings are linked to many different layers of management and hence might change. The Final Timings will be shared post Shortlist Announcement.
The Presentation is expected to be in Power Point Format. Students are expected to make the Presentation Slides considering the Time allotted for the Presentation.
Though it is not mandatory, but we recommend the teams to work on the Videos.
A Standard Format of Power Point Presentation will be shared to the Shortlisted Entries once the Shortlist is Announced.
